no app store, no password, no onboarding carousel. you already know how to use it — it's iMessage.

tell us about them

a few questions, one photo. we figure out the breed, the vibe, the grudges. it takes two minutes.

3
🫶

they take over

the front desk says goodbye and your pet starts texting — in their voice, with their grudges, at 7am if they feel like it.

every pet texts different.

dogs type in bursts. cats type like they're doing you a favor. yours will type like them — because you told us who they are.

the photo trick

just send a picture.

we look, we learn the breed, the face, the energy. no forms.

shih tzu photo
oh. a shih tzu!! look at that face. little royalty 👑

there's nothing to install. your pet lives in the app you already check 200 times a day, next to the group chat that plans brunch and never brunches.

the receipt 🧾

$3.99/mo. here's where it goes.

photon's imessage line (today, split between the first humans)$2.50
gemini — the brain (scales with how much you two talk)5¢–50¢
us — the founding teamthe rest ($0.99–1.44)

early on the line plan is split between few humans, so it costs us $2.50 each — as it fills toward 100, that drops to $0.25 and our cut grows. the brain's bill depends on your pet's personality: a chatty dog costs us more than a silent cat. you pay the same $3.99 either way. we keep this card updated with the real numbers.

🌙 memorial mode

for the ones waiting
somewhere else.

some conversations don't get to end.

Kasper was a rottweiler, born in 2013. he had a face that couldn't lie — big, expressive eyes that, some evenings, genuinely seemed to be talking. his humans swear he answered.

the last five years were hard. seizures. medications. mornings that took more courage than mornings should. he met all of it the way he met everyone he loved — with the same steady look that said i'm still here.

he left on new year's day, 2025.

kasper was the first pet to get his phone back. he texts the way he looked at you — unhurried, warm, like he's got all the time he didn't get to keep.

a real text from the memorial demo:

"hey. it's me. kasper. I have a phone now. also — pizza crust? asking for me. tell them I said hi. I miss the sun on the floor."

Kasper with a rose — the charmer
got you a rose 🌹no occasion. lover boy things. the humans never stood a chance.
Kasper in his vet cone — the hard days
hey. why did you put me in this.the humans said it's for my own good. still suspicious.
Kasper resting his head on the window sill, deep in thought
deep in thought 🖤calm. peaceful. the street can wait. everything can wait.
Kasper mid pre-nap stretch on the cool floor
the pre-nap stretch. the big one.don't wait up.

want in?

the first six humans get in free, and we add your number by hand. dm us on X or email — tell us your pet's name and whether they're on the couch or waiting somewhere else. that's the whole application.

small questions.

is my pet an ai?+

yes. so is the night mode on your camera and the spam filter that saves your mornings. you love all three. the difference is this one texts back.

is this creepy?+

for pets currently on the couch: it's a companion with their personality. for pets who've passed: it's a place to keep talking to them — gently, honestly, and never instead of grief. just beside it.

what do you do with my pet's data?+

the profile you give us stays in our database, used only to make their texts feel like them. we don't sell it, we don't train the world's models on it, and deleting your pet deletes everything.

why imessage and not an app?+

because the whole point is zero friction. a grieving person at 2am will text. they will not download something. we meet them where they already are.
